This is, by far, the easiest thing you can do to enjoy strawberries all year long. My kids add dried strawberries to their oatmeal, or eat them like chips.

Step 1. Buy as many strawberries as you want.

Step 2. Wash Strawberries in cold water and Vinegar.

Step 3. Air Dry of Dehydrate

A. Slice strawberries and place them in dehydrator. Set the temperature to 135. It will take between 5 and 8 hours. Time dependent on your dehydrator and how thinly you cut the strawberries.

B. Slice Strawberries. Using a needle and thread place all the strawberries on a long string and hang up to dry in a well lit area. Make sure the area has good circulation and is not damp. Make sure the strawberries are not touching each other. They should be dry within 7-9 days.
